Measurements

When I posted the refrigerator jam recipe recently, I was asked many, many times what the T stood for; "is that teaspoon or tablespoon?"

I figured it was common knowledge that a capital T is tablespoon and a lower case t is teaspoon, but apparently it is not as common as I thought.

So, I put together this handy list of measurement abbreviations and conversions.

Bon Appetit!

Thank you for your measurments chart. Might you have one that changes grams, liters and European measurement to American measurements. Trying to translate my Grandmother's German Cookbook into amounts I can understand! :) Thank you.

I featured your blog not too long ago, but wasn't sure if I had let you know or not. It's on the post Wednesday Weekly Review #25 if you want to check it out.
